ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos aren't done adding playmakers to their defense.
Denver agreed to terms Saturday with All-Pro cornerback Kyle Fuller on a one-year deal, the team announced.
Fuller, who is entering the seventh year of his career, is a former first-round pick who earned first-team All-Pro honors in 2018 and Pro Bowl honors in both 2018 and 2019.
The 2018 season was the final year Fuller played for then-Bears defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, and he posted a career-high seven interceptions and 21 passes defensed. Both his interception and passes defensed totals were the best in the NFL that season.
The Bears posted the league's top scoring defense and top passing defense on a per-play basis as Fuller played alongside Bryce Callahan in the Bears' secondary.
In Chicago, Fuller played three total seasons for Fangio, who arrived after Fuller's rookie year. During those three years, Fuller posted 11 total interceptions and 52 passes defensed.
