Running back Aaron Jones started it with a 5-yard run before young receiver Allen Lazard caught a 12-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers to move the chains, the first of his three receptions on the drive.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling gained two yards on a short pass, Rodgers scrambled for 12, Lazard picked up three more, and Jimmy Graham made a tough 9-yard grab, taking a big hit and hanging on, for a first down inside the Detroit 40-yard line.
From there it was mostly running back Jamaal Williams, who had three runs for eight yards sandwiched around Lazard’s third catch of the drive, a 15-yarder that got the Packers into field-goal range and forced the Lions to start using their timeouts.
