The Green Bay Packers have signed S Ibraheim Campbell, waived/injured LB Kendall Donnerson and released RB Corey Grant. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Thursday.
(EE-brah-heem) Campbell (5-11, 210) saw action in three games for the Packers last season, including one start. He registered 20 tackles (16 solo), a forced fumble and a pass defensed before being placed on injured reserve (knee) on Dec. 4, 2018. Campbell was originally selected in the fourth round (No. 115 overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns out of Northwestern. In addition to the Browns and the Packers, he has played for the Houston Texans, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys, appearing in 46 games with 12 starts in his first four years in the NFL. Campbell has totaled 88 tackles (67 solo), two passes defensed, a fumble recovery, a forced fumble and 14 tackles on special teams. He will wear No. 35 for the Packers.
