The Texans are cutting linebacker Curtis Bolton and receiver J'Mon Moore, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Both players received futures contracts in January.
Bolton signed a two-year, $1.675 million nonguaranteed contract that included $780,000 and $895,000 base salaries.
Moore signed a two-year, $1.675 million reserve-future contract with $780,000 and $895,000 base salaries.
Bolton, 25, has never played a regular-season game.
Moore, 25, played 12 games for the Packers in 2018.
