LONDON -- Panthers cornerback Donte Jackson is inactive in London.
The second-year cornerback, who missed the last two games with a groin injury, entered the game questionable and was ruled inactive.
Rookie offensive tackle Dennis Daley was also questionable with a groin injury, but he is active.
