The Browns had a scare in practice this morning, as defensive end Chad Thomas was immobilized and taken off the field on a stretcher, but there appear to be some good signs.
According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Thomas “has feeling in his extremities.”
He was taken to University Hospitals for further testing.
Their third-round pick from Miami last year, Thomas appeared in four games last season.
